To get started with your Trtl Pillow:
Step 1: Open and extend your Trtl Pillow, holding the central grip in one hand and the scarf in the other, and place the scarf behind your head.
Step 2: Position the curved support to either the left or right of your head, wherever feels most comfortable for you.
Step 3: Wrap the scarf around your neck, securing the hook & loop fastening to your desired comfort level. It should be snug enough to feel secure, with room to relax.
Need to make some adjustments? To find your perfect fit, we recommend trying one of these 3 positions:
- To enjoy cosy, pillow-like comfort, try tucking your ear towards the centre of the support, rather than resting your chin against the top edge.
- For extra support, hold the pillow closer to your neck before wrapping.
- Try bringing the support to the front of your head, just below your chin. This can help keep your head and neck in a more neutral, upright position and keep your chin from dropping while you nap.
